Project Management

Project Management Assessments

TBC can evaluate your organization’s project management effectiveness. This structured review evaluates project planning, quality, communications, risk reviews, stakeholder analysis, organizational support, acceptance of practices, and other key areas of project management. Deliverable: an in-depth report that outlines the organization’s strengths and gaps. Also included is a high-level plan to improve the organization’s effectiveness.

Project Planning Workshops

TBC offers a 3-day workshop to assist in project planning. Getting a project successfully launched usually takes companies as long as 8 to 10 weeks. TBC will work with your project team (as a leader and facilitator) to organize and develop a full project plan in one week. The deliverable includes a WBS/Schedule, team member roles and responsibilities, identification of stakeholders, budget, goals and objectives, key risks, communications planning, scope containment, key success factors, and tracking & control.

Methodology/Process Development

Without a repeatable process, most organizations cannot guarantee successful delivery of projects every time. TBC will develop a useable, practical process that fits the way your organization does business. A project management process consists of steps to initiating, planning, executing, and closing projects. Additionally, tools, techniques and an effective rollout are a part of the deliverable.
